Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

* Our Manufacturing time is 4-7 days (usually sooner) depending on stock availability and our current work load at the time of order. We will inform you when we believe your product will be shipped or available for pick up. If you place a custom order we will provide you with previews before manufacture, and will require your approval before we schedule it for manufacture.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after after manufacture and are shipped via Australia Post with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Once your parcel leaves us, we have absolutely no control over it. CNC Bloke will not be held liable if a freight company does not deliver your parcel on time. This should be taken up with the freight company. Once your parcel has left us, we cannot be responsible for freight times.

We will replace items if due to a spelling error (or other error) is ours, but not if it is your mistake on the order, or if you thought you were ordering something else.

If you feel we have sent the wrong item or made a mistake please contact us by email within 24 hours of receiving the item and we will do our best to rectify the problem - sales@cncbloke.com.au

If your account information is not kept up to date and your parcel is sent to the wrong address, we will not be held responsible. We will not replace your order. If your order is sent back to us due to wrong address or you not contacting the relevant shipping department, we will re-ship it to you at your own cost. You must ensure we have your correct address on your account BEFORE making an order not after or it will not apply to your order.
